At RAI, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within the same dy of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must be free from damage or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings
• Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale.
  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
